Welcome to Annapurani Foods LLC. By placing an order on our website (www.annapurani.com), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

We are a registered business in Texas and comply with all applicable tax and food handling requirements. EIN and Texas Sales & Use Tax registration are maintained for compliance purposes.

2. Products

  • Our products are dry spice powders, masala blends, instant mixes, and related seasonings.
  • Products are sold strictly as food ingredients only. We do not make any medical, nutritional, or health benefit claims.
  • “No Garlic” and allergen-sensitive variants are available. While extreme care is taken to prevent cross-contamination, please note that products are prepared in a facility that may also handle nuts, sesame, and other allergens.

3. Orders & Pricing

  • All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
  • Orders placed through the website are considered confirmed only upon successful payment.

4. Shipping & Pickup

  • Orders are shipped within 2 business days of purchase.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other events beyond our control.
  • For pickup orders:
    • Orders received before 5:00 PM CST will be available for pickup the next business day.
    • In exceptional situations, we will notify customers of any delays and offer the option to cancel with a full refund.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • As our products are food items, they are non-returnable.
  • Refunds will only be issued if:
    • A product is received damaged, or
    • The quality is deemed unacceptable (must be reported within 5 business days).
  • Refunds are processed after contacting our team and validating the issue.
  • Order cancellations are not available through the website; customers may call us to request cancellation prior to shipment.

6. Payments

  • We accept payments through Stripe (credit/debit cards), Zelle, PayPal, and cash payments during pickup.
  • All payments are processed in USD.
  • Online payments are processed securely via Stripe and subject to Stripe’s own terms and conditions.

7. Liability

  • Annapurani Foods LLC is not responsible for:
    • Misuse of products,
    • Allergic reactions, or
    • Cooking results or outcomes.
  • While we strive for accuracy, product descriptions, pricing, and availability on the website may occasionally contain errors. We reserve the right to correct such errors without prior notice.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Texas.
