Spicy, flavorful, and versatile – this Chicken 65 recipe can be deep fried, air fried, grilled, or griddled for a crispy, delicious treat. Perfectly marinated with Annapurani Chili Chicken 65 Masala, it's a quick and easy dish for any cooking method!

Ingredients:

  • 1 KG Chicken pieces
  • 100 g (3.5oz) Annapurani Chili Chicken 65 Masala
  • 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
  • 1 egg (optional)

Procedure:

  1. Clean the chicken pieces thoroughly.
  2. In a bowl, mix the chicken with the Annapurani Chili Chicken 65 Masala, ginger garlic paste, and egg.
  3. Marinate the mixture for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to infuse.

Cooking Methods:

  • Deep Frying:
    1. Heat oil in a deep pan until hot.
    2. Carefully add the marinated chicken pieces and fry until they turn golden brown and crispy.
    3. Remove and drain on paper towels to remove excess oil.

Air Frying:

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Place the marinated chicken pieces in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  3. Air fry for about 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.

Grilling:

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Place the marinated chicken on the grill and cook for 6-8 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and slightly charred.
  3. Optionally, baste with some oil or marinade for extra moisture.

Griddling (Pan-frying):

  1. Heat a griddle or large pan over medium heat and add a bit of oil.
  2. Cook the marinated chicken pieces in batches, turning occasionally, for 10-12 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through.

Serving Suggestions: You can also use the Annapurani Chili Chicken 65 Masala to prepare with other ingredients like Paneer, Cauliflower, Mushroom, Baby Corn, Soya Chunks, Yam for variety.

Note: No additional chili or salt is required as the masala already provides sufficient seasoning.
