Ingredients:
- 1 KG Chicken pieces
- 100 g (3.5oz) Annapurani Chili Chicken 65 Masala
- 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
- 1 egg (optional)
Procedure:
- Clean the chicken pieces thoroughly.
- In a bowl, mix the chicken with the Annapurani Chili Chicken 65 Masala, ginger garlic paste, and egg.
- Marinate the mixture for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to infuse.
Cooking Methods:
- Deep Frying:
- Heat oil in a deep pan until hot.
- Carefully add the marinated chicken pieces and fry until they turn golden brown and crispy.
- Remove and drain on paper towels to remove excess oil.
Air Frying:
- Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (350°F).
- Place the marinated chicken pieces in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for about 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
Grilling:
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Place the marinated chicken on the grill and cook for 6-8 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and slightly charred.

- Heat a griddle or large pan over medium heat and add a bit of oil.
