• Ingredients:-
    - Besan - 2cups
    - Sugar - 4 cups
    - Ghee - 1 ½ cup
    - Peanut oil - 1 ½ cup
    - Water  - 1 cup

  • Preparation:-
    1. Keep a heavy-based or non-stick pan on the stove and add ½ cup of water and 2 cups of sugar. Mix It nicely until it dissolves. Mix it nicely until the syrup becomes sticky. (When you add a drop of syrup in a bowl of water, the drop becomes hard).
    2. Then take the besan and add it slowly to the syrup with the spoon slowly by adding little ghee, and oil mixture into the besan; let it dissolve the syrup.
    3. After you are done adding, mix the mixture longer until the mixture becomes foamy and it should also cease to stick to vessel.
    4. Then make the tray ready by applying ghee and then pour the batter. After 5 minutes, cut it into small pieces. Enjoy!
