- Ingredients:-

Besan - 2cups
- Sugar - 4 cups
- Ghee - 1 ½ cup
- Peanut oil - 1 ½ cup
- Water - 1 cup
- Preparation:-
- Keep a heavy-based or non-stick pan on the stove and add ½ cup of water and 2 cups of sugar. Mix It nicely until it dissolves. Mix it nicely until the syrup becomes sticky. (When you add a drop of syrup in a bowl of water, the drop becomes hard).
- Then take the besan and add it slowly to the syrup with the spoon slowly by adding little ghee, and oil mixture into the besan; let it dissolve the syrup.
- After you are done adding, mix the mixture longer until the mixture becomes foamy and it should also cease to stick to vessel.
- Then make the tray ready by applying ghee and then pour the batter. After 5 minutes, cut it into small pieces. Enjoy!
